I am a London-based painter working primarily in acrylics and oil paints. My practice explores the natural world and human narratives suspended in time - quiet, frozen moments that invite reflection and imagination. I’m fascinated by the interplay of colour, light and movement, and how these elements can evoke atmosphere and emotion.

Each painting typically begins as an abstract - an intuitive exploration of shape, texture and tone. From this starting point, figures and stories emerge organically guided by what I see on the canvas. This approach allows for a fluid relationship between abstraction and figuration., where meaning is discovered rather than imposed.

My aim is to create work that feels alive, where the viewer is drawn into a moment - part dream-scape, part memory.
